Area Christians Together In Service is A.C.T.S. of Vance County, Inc. 305 S. Chestnut St. Henderson, N.C. 27536 We offer the following: Jubilee House provides support to the homeless. Heart's Haven is open 24 hour a day to victims of domestic violence. Emergency Assistance is provided in the following ways: Soup Kitchen - serves Monday through Friday from 11:00-11:45 am. Food Pantry - open Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 12:00 noon. Assistance by Voucher for final cut off notices for utility bills on a case-by-case basis as funds are available.
